The Hand of Fatima or Hamsa is a powerful amulet (talisman) for protection, good luck and against the evil eye.

Similar to wearing a loose scarf, the luxurious silk cords drape about the neck. (The right cord will drape on the wearer's left side; the left cord on the wearer's right side.)
